37.0 Minutes of the Previous Meeting
The minutes of the Ordinary Meeting held on 17 November 2025 were approved and signed by the Chairman for the meeting.
38.0 Matters of Report from Previous Meeting
38.1 Item 28.1 Little Altcar Parish Council and Formby Parish Council Grouping Order
The letters to residents are due to be sent out soon.
39.0 Chairman’s Report
39.1 Christmas Hampers
The Chairman joined Formby Parish Council to help pack the Christmas Hampers that were distributed to the local schools.
39.2 250th Anniversary of Formby Lifeboat Station
There will be a celebration in June to commence 250th anniversary of the Formby Lifeboat Station. Members agreed to hold a finance meeting to agree a donation towards the event if a request is made before the next meeting in May.
40.0 Planning Applications
Cllrs noted the Sefton Council weekly lists.
No new applications to note in Little Altcar.
41.0 To Discuss and Resolve the following:
41.1 To receive the budget report and approve the budget for 2026-27
It was resolved to approve the budget for 2026-27
41.2 To approve the precept for 2026-27
It was resolved to approve the precept and members chose to approve option 3.
42.0 To Authorise Payments
It was resolved to approve the payments as listed:
Clerk and administrative services. October, November and December – £50.00
ICO – £47.00
Total £97.00
There is an outstanding bill of £2,800 for the trees planted by Sefton Council last year.
43.0 Date of Next Meeting
The next Annual meeting of Little Altcar Parish Council will be held on Monday 18 May 2026 at 6.30pm
