  1. Forms of nomination for Borough Elections may be obtained at Sefton MBC, Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, L20 7AE from the Returning Officer electors@sefton.gov.uk who will, at the request of an elector for any electoral area prepare a nomination paper for signature.

 

  1. Nomination papers must be delivered to the Returning Officer, Sefton MBC, Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, L20 7AE on any day, Monday to Friday between 10.00am and 4.00pm, after the date of this notice but no later than 00pm on Friday 6 April 2018.

 

  1. If any election is contested the poll will take place on Thursday 3 May 2018.

 

  1. Applications to register to vote must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Sefton MBC, Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, L20 7AE by 12 midnight on Tuesday 17 April 2018. Applications can be made online: https://www.gov.uk/register-to-vote

 

  1. Applications, amendments or cancellations of postal votes must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Sefton MBC, Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, L20 7AE electors@sefton.gov.uk by00pm on Wednesday 18 April 2018.

 

  1. Applications to vote by proxy at this election must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Sefton MBC, Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, L20 7AE electors@sefton.gov.uk by 00pm on Wednesday 25 April 2018.

 

  1. Applications to vote by proxy at this election applied for on grounds of physical incapacity or work related reasons, where that physical incapacity or requirement to work occurred after 00pm on Wednesday 25 April 2018, must reach the Electoral Registration Officer at Sefton MBC, Bootle Town Hall, Oriel Road, Bootle, L20 7AE electors@sefton.gov.uk by 5.00pm on Thursday 3 May 2018.
