    1. To approve for the Clerk to become an authorised signatory
    2. To approve for the banking arrangements to be upgraded to provide an on-line facility for banking, which includes the use of a debit card under financial regulations 6.17 and 6.18.
    3. To approve the budget for 2023/24
    4. To approve the precept for 2023/24
    5. To approve a grant application of £250 for a contribution towards signage for the Formby Heritage Museum
    6. To approve for the agreement with Formby Parish Council for the provision of Clerk services to be extended for a further term of office (2023 to 2027).
